At Management Solutions, I created a value proposition on Algorithmic Trading in Cash Equity Markets. I was able to present this value proposition to 30+ people within the company and I received positive feedback about this presentation. I also was on an AI Task Force where we worked on integrating AI into the company's daily operations.

Knowledge of over 50+ drinks memorized, having to make drinks quickly during rush, managing/training a Barback at all times, focusing on quality work and efficiency

Served as sole assistant manager during multiple shifts, overseeing the performance of 2-3 other employees, organized nightly cash payments averaging $300, paying close attention to detail, and deposited cash to the local bank.

Operated a cash register which included $500+ in it at a time, making sure no money was ever stolen or lost, helped and trained baggers and new cashiers, focusing on responsibility and teamwork.

Attend biweekly meeting consisting of various consulting and technology companies. At these events, I practice networking skills, focusing on building connections with recruiters and employees. In addition to these biweekly meetings, I attend frequent events to network with other MIS students.

Player on team black (top team) on #3 nationally ranked college Spikeball team, practice twice a week for two hours each time officially, 5 more hours a week unofficially, compete in tournaments every 2 weeks against the best players in the nation, learned to deal with high pressure situations and control emotions

Grew the organization from ~40 members to 170+ members, led the organization, focusing on improving the investment strategies of the members, brought in speakers of high value, including the Chief Economist of Coca-Cola

Dedicated 2 hours afterschool 5 times a week towards getting better to win state championship, learned how to work with a partner when playing doubles

I participated in and presented a proposal response to EY's SAP Case Study where we recommended SAP Customer Experience solutions for a multinational streaming service. Our response included SAP CX tools, and process improvements, and met the desired outcomes of improving the overall customer experience.

I was invited to a professional event made up of the top 10% of MIS students based off academic performance and leadership. While there, I improved my networking skills, and met representatives from top technology and consulting companies

I was invited to participate in this closed door event with KPMG. At the office, we learned about several KPMG projects including their plans with AI and had the opportunity to meet employees and talk to them about their work life. I even had the opportunity to have lunch alone with an employee where we discussed his day-to-day activities and he told me about certain skills he thought would be useful for me to pick up such as Altryx and SQL.

Completed a course in Business Process Management. This course included topics such as a Process Walk/Map, identifying waste, and identifying the root cause of an issue.
