I was able to present this value proposition to 30+ people within the company and I received positive feedback about this presentation. I also was on an AI Task Force where we worked on integrating AI into the company's daily operations.

I participated in and presented a proposal response to EY's SAP Case Study where we recommended SAP Customer Experience solutions for a multinational streaming service. Our response included SAP CX tools, and process improvements, and met the desired outcomes of improving the overall customer experience.

Tax Ignition Associate for a Day Event

I was invited to participate in this closed door event with KPMG. At the office, we learned about several KPMG projects including their plans with AI and had the opportunity to meet employees and talk to them about their work life. I even had the opportunity to have lunch alone with an employee where we discussed his day-to-day activities and he told me about certain skills he thought would be useful for me to pick up such as Altryx and SQL.
